Boilers

Installing a new ‘A-Rated’ condensing boilers is one of the most proven ways to help reduce your energy bills and cut down on the amount of emissions produced by each household, helping Britain achueve the net-zero carbon target by 2050. If you, or a member of your househols meets certain criteria, you could be eligible for a free ‘A-Rated’ condensing boiler.

Central Heating

First Time Central Heating (FTCH) is available to anybody who currently doesn’t have a gas central heating system within their property. Homeowners, tenants and landlords who meet the right criteria could be eligible for funding to install an ‘A-Rated’ gas boiler, with radiators, thermostatic valves, and smart heating controls. If you use electric heaters, gas fires or have never had gas central heating, this could be you.

Insulation

Home insulation measures are at the forefront of the government’s plans to improve the UK’s housing stock, as well as reducing carbon emissions. This will be accomplished using a whole-house, retrofit program that uses an “insulation-first” approach. Legacy Eco offers 3 main types of insulation measures; Underfloor UFI, Loft and Internal Wall IWI.

HOW LEGACY ECO CAN HELP

Legacy Eco can arrange hassle-free government funding for home improvements. We will arrange for a technical survey to take place, explaining and identifying what exactly needs to be done to install the measures. If after which, you are happy to proceed we will then send one of our retrofit assessors to evaluate the property in terms of heat loss, carbon waste etc. Once this is complete, a retrofit co-ordinator will examine the information collected and confirm the products and the ventilation requirements, while incorporating a medium to long-term retrofit plan. We do this to ensure that we achieve maximum benefits for the property.

At this stage, we are ready to install your home improvements! The task will be undertaken by our highly qualified and experienced team of installers.
